1. Platform Overview

OrdVia is a digital marketplace that connects:

1. Customers (Senders)

Individuals who:

  • Upload prescriptions where required

2. Taskers

Independent individuals who:

  • Perform errands

  • Complete task-based services

  • Handle custom service requests

Taskers do not handle restaurant or pharmacy delivery orders unless explicitly assigned as Riders.

3. Riders

Independent delivery agents who:

  • Deliver food from restaurants

  • Deliver medication from pharmacies

  • Handle storefront-based order deliveries

Riders operate only within confirmed orders placed through the platform.

4. Shoppers

Individuals who:

  • Purchase goods on behalf of Customers

  • Provide receipts and proof of purchase

5. Business Owners

  • Restaurants offering food ordering and table reservations

  • Pharmacies offering medication ordering, prescription-based dispensing, and consultations (where applicable)

OrdVia operates a secure escrow-based payment system to protect all parties.


2. General User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Use the platform lawfully

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Follow local regulations

  • Avoid unsafe conduct

  • Refrain from fraud or manipulation of payments

Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent termination.


3. Food Ordering & Restaurant Services

Restaurant services operate as storefront commerce, not task-based services.

Customers

Customers may:

  • Browse restaurant listings

  • Add items to cart

  • Place orders

  • Make table reservations

  • Pay securely via escrow

Customers must:

  • Confirm delivery address accuracy

  • Inspect food before confirming delivery

  • Raise disputes before confirming completion

Restaurant Owners

Must:

  • Provide accurate menus, prices, and availability

  • Comply with food safety regulations

  • Fulfill confirmed orders promptly

  • Notify customers of delays

  • Honor confirmed reservations


4. Pharmacy & Medication Services

Pharmacy services operate as regulated storefront commerce.

Medication Ordering

Customers may:

  • Upload prescriptions (where required)

  • Complete payment securely

Prescription Uploading

Customers must:

  • Upload valid prescriptions

  • Riders only receive delivery details necessary for order fulfillment.

  • Medical details are visible only to the pharmacy handling the order.

OrdVia does not sell, share, or distribute medical information to third parties except where required by law.

Users acknowledge that digital communication carries inherent risks and agree to use secure internet connections.


6. Task-Based Services (Taskers)

Taskers perform errands and on-demand services.

Taskers must:

  • Accept only tasks they understand

  • Confirm details before starting

  • Avoid unsafe locations

  • Respect client property

  • Complete tasks as described

  • Keep communication within the platform

Customers must:

  • Provide clear instructions

  • Confirm task completion honestly

7. Riders (Food & Medicine Delivery Agents)

Riders are responsible only for delivery fulfillment.

Riders must:
